Eliminating Workplace Drama
Created in 2021, this course showcases an earlier generation of eLearning technology and interaction design. While some of the technical implementation reflects the tools and standards of the time, the instructional strategy, scenario-based learning, and performance-focused design principles remain relevant. The course explores strategies for reducing workplace drama and was inspired by my work as an external organizational development consultant on a merger and acquisition (M&A) engagement.
